Literally no one from her office who called me in the next few days had feedback from my interview, nor did they make any mention of the contingent offer I had. Turns out she was actually in another state interviewing for a new job herself, got the job, and basically just abandoned me and probably anyone else she'd been working with. At first I was told she was off site at training all day, then on the next call I was told she was out of town dealing with a family matter. I'd call her, and someone from their office would answer the phone. Then I got literally no feedback on the interview whatsoever. Emailed the day of and they said they'd call me before the interview, but didn't, so I went in almost completely blind. Went on an interview and the rep I dealt with didn't call me the day before like they said they would for any sort of prep. Robert Half is also one that I simply refuse to work with unless I ever find myself super hard up for a job.Įvery time they'd pull me in, I'd fill out all the tax paperwork and whatnot, talk to several people in their office, take their little assessments, and then not hear back from them until well after I'd already found a job.įinal straw for me was I actually had a contingent offer from them, and it would kick in the moment a client wanted me.
